Nancy Millis just dropped a map off in my office. The map was used by Maisie Fawcett of the School of Botany for her studies of alpine ecology and the effects of cattle grazing. Maisie’s plot is famous for helping to inform how cattle grazing influences alpine vegetation.
Nancy helped out with some of that research. Printed in 1946 on canvas, and given its association with both Nancy Millis and Maisie Fawcett, it might also have some value to others. If you would like a closer look, drop by my office or contact me.
